FAQs
We’ll the average cost of a full-time senior-level designer is over $100,000 not including benefits and paid time off. Plus if there is a low workload, you will still need to keep that designer busy. Why not go for the month-to-month option where you can pause service?
We strive for a 24-72 hour turnaround depending on the complexity of the project. If a project is so complex its not possible to be turned around in 72 hours we’ll let you know but very rarely happens.
No, 100% of the work is done at Malolo HQ located in Kingston WA. One of the 4 Malolo team members will be working on your projects and will have direct communication with you.
Just email me, Dan the owner and your service will not be billed for the next month of service.
There is no limit on requests but project tickets will be served one per day.
We use the Adobe suite and Figma along with WordPress.
Not a problem, with unlimited revisions (1 per day) we’ll get your design to aline with your vision.
